Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or develops a fault, please contact us with your order number, photos, and a description.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not automatically offer refunds for change of mind. We may consider a return at our discretion if the product is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Custom, special order, made-to-order, upholstered, or modified products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.
