Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number or proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

Change of Mind Returns

For hygiene, handling and commercial-use reasons, we do not automatically offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may consider a change of mind return at our discretion if the product is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Custom, Special Order or Made-to-Order Items

Custom, special order, made-to-order, upholstered, modified or non-standard products cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded for change of mind once production or ordering has commenced.
