Faulty or Damaged Products: contact us with your order number, photos and a description.
Change of Mind: We may consider a return at our discretion if unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging — subject to delivery, collection or restocking costs.
Custom, Special Order or Made-to-Order Items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded for change of mind once production has commenced.
